
Dr. Crenshaw established Stone Mountain Family Practice in 1982. She is originally from Shreveport, Louisana. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rhodes College. Dr. Crenshaw graduated from Tulane University with her Doctor of Medicine Degree. Her family practice residency was completed at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Tuscaloosa.
Dr. Crenshaw is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. She has been the recipient of the Julius McCurdy Citzenship Award by the DeKalb Medical Society. Dr. Crenshaw has been listed as an Atlanta Top Doctor. She has directed the medical clinic at the Central Shelter for homeless men in Atlanta for 20+ years.
